Synergy Copiers Equipment Warranty Details

1-Year Warranty on ALL Copiers

Synergy Copiers warrants the main unit to be free from major malfunction for the period of 1 year from the day of purchase. includes all NON-CONSUMABLE parts such as all control panels, circuit boards, including main motor, main logic, sorter/finisher, document feeder, and any other boards contained within the main copier unit, including interfaces and other accessories. Synergy Copiers will ship replacement components. Parts considered to be “consumable” or “wear” items are not covered under this warranty.

30 Day or 5,000 copies/print 100% Parts and Labor Warranty

For all copiers and printers. Synergy Copiers warrants all parts within the copier to be free of defects for the term of 30 days from the day of delivery. Any components damaged or not received must be requested at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of delivery. Unless agreed by Synergy Copiers before installation, all parts and labor covered under this warranty are to be supplied by Synergy Copiers or approved for a purchase through another vendor. Machine computer and network installation is not covered.

IMPORTANT
Warranty will be void if:

  • The copier is damaged as a result of the buyer moving the copier. We recommend contacting us to provide you with moving services.
  • Copier is damaged as a result of customer abuse or misuse.
  • Copier is not properly plugged into a surge power protection device that is sized to support the power requirements of the copier.
  • Water Damage
